Located on a South facing site overlooking Lewis Bay, this house was sited to take maximum advantage of privacy, views and orientation. The house and future guest house surround an entry drive landscaped to accommodate caterer’s equipment and a large tent for entertaining. On the South side of the house the decks descend to the pool terrace and summer kitchen. The terrace and surrounding lawn area will accommodate 100 guests seated for dining.
